Parking Facilities
There is a car park at Copsham House, each suite has at least one space, with some space for visitors.
Terms
Occupation of the suites can be by way of an open-ended licence agreement subject to 3 months notice. Photocopiers, fax and secretarial services can be provided and will be charged on a monthly basis depending on use.
Payment Terms
Two month's license fee by way of deposit and then monthly in advance. In the first month there will be a set-up fee of £175 which covers our legal costs and expenses.
Telephone
Each office will have at least two telephones connected to our central Splicecom Digital System and be allocated an exclusive number for incoming calls, which can be answered personally by reception, or by Voice Mail, or can be diverted out to mobiles or alternative numbers. Additional handsets and/or telephone numbers and lines can be provided easily. Outgoing call costs will be charged at BT Standard Cost rate.
Broadband
Each office has access to Broadband service providing excellent service to e-mail and Internet.
Other solutions may be more appropriate and can be provided.
Facsimile
A dedicated fax line can be provided into any of the offices but there is a central Fax which can be used on which there is no charge for incoming calls.
